Every workout contains a quick (1-2 minute) tutorial video with display of form for every exercise and full audio with explanation. 


The video tutorials help make these workouts safe, effective and leave no guesswork for how to perform an exercise, even if you’ve never heard of it or tried it before.


However I designed this program to be as accessible and easy-to-follow as possible, so there are no crazy movements or exercises that require a ton of skill or experience.


The videos are easily accessible, since the membership site is computer and mobile friendly, so you can bring them up right from your phone.

It’s great to have a bunch of kickass workouts but if you aren’t sure what workouts to do and when to do them, it can be overwhelming and frustrating.

  • It’s for those who want to be leaner, stronger, more energized, happier and improve their overall health, mental and physical wellness- These workouts combine weight training and interval cardio in a circuit format to not only aid in fat loss, lean muscle building and improve your overall fitness but will have you feeling mentally and physically better, more energized and happier. 


  • It’s for those who want results without having to spend hours working out a day- Less time exercising and better results. To think you need to spend hours a day exercising is short sighted and not necessary for fat loss, increased strength or body change. 


  • It’s for those with little equipment- This program only requires a pair of dumbbell weights and a mat (and a chair occasionally for some workouts). 


  • It is for those that want to be able to workout in home, outdoors or anywhere else they decide to bring their weights and a mat- Workout where you desire! In home, in front of your kids (It’s my favorite way of teaching my daughter this is Mama’s self-love time), outdoors in the fresh air or anywhere else! You get to choose. 


  • It’s for those who want an ass kicking workout! I’ll be honest, these workouts are all easy to follow but challenging, but they can all be adjusted to meet you at whatever fitness level you are currently at!


Who is the 8 Week #Leanfitmama DIY Fitness Program NOT for?

  • It is not for those who don’t want to be leaner, healthier, happier, feel better and improve their mental and physical strength and fitness- If better health and well being is not what you want, this is not the program for you.


  • It is not for those who enjoy long workouts or want to train for hours a day- If duration is what you enjoy, this is not the program for you. 


  • It’s not for those who want instant results with little to no effort- When it comes to results, there are no short cuts, no tricks or gimmicks. Although I believe short duration, high intensity workouts that are here in the #Leanfitmama program get amazing results, CONSISTENCY with training is always the key. If you’re looking for instant results, this program is not for you.


  • It is not for those who want to workout with lots of different equipment- If lots of machines or equipment is what you enjoy working out with, this is not the program for you. 


  • It is not for people who have never exercised before- Although every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level, if you are brand new to exercise, I highly recommend working with an in person trainer to get comfortable with lifting weights first.

What equipment do I need for these workouts?

You will need a pair of dumbbell weights ranging from (10-25lbs), a mat and a chair occasionally for some workouts. No access to a gym is required for these workouts. 


What fitness level are these workouts designed for?

These workouts can be done by anyone (Beginner-Advanced level) as long as you listen to your body first above all else, practice the exercise movements safely and with control, use rest-based training when you need to rest and default to an easier exercise or lighter weights if needed.


After I purchase the program, how is it delivered to me and in what format do the workouts come in?

Upon purchasing the program, you will receive a receipt via email for your purchase, along with an email with easy instructions to follow to access the program on a membership site. The 32 workouts are delivered via easy print-and-go PDF and accompany 32 video tutorials for every single individual workout with extensive form cues, full audio and explanation. The membership site is also mobile-friendly, so you’ll be able to pull the PDFs and videos up from your phone quickly and easily when you're ready to rock your workouts.


How long do I have access to these workouts?

You have unlimited access to these workouts and the membership site forever!


Does this program come with any coaching?

It does not come with any personal or nutrition coaching. This is a DIY (Do it yourself) fitness program. It is a program designed for you to trust yourself, learn and listen to your body in implementing and challenging yourself, adjusting when you need to and find what works best for you in this process. Since it is a DIY program, I have designed and created this program carefully in making sure I have thought of everything you would need and provided it to you. Even though there is no on going coaching access to me, this program’s value of ($2000) is worth multiple times the price of $99
